Kiełbasa is one of those items that I go in spurts of preparing, but when I do – I wonder why I don’t make it more often! It’s a type of Central European sausage, which is also called Polish sausage veranlagungsverfügung downloaden. Ingredients:
1 Onion, sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Kielbasa
1 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
2 Jalapeno Peppers, sliced small
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
2 Cups Fresh Spinach and Arugula blend
1/2 Cup Basil
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Angle Hair Pasta (I used homemade that was dried, but any of your favorite pasta will work)
While you caramelize the onion in a little olive oil, chop the peppers and slice the sausage 100 dinge downloaden.
