We eat a lot of Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts for breakfast at our house…. I had an early work out and thought a smoothie sounded good jedes video downloaden firefox! So using the same basic ingredients, I created Bill and I a delicious and healthy breakfast!
Ingredients:
2 Cups non fat Milk
1 Cup plain non fat Greek Yogurt
2 Cups fresh or frozen Blueberries (I had some frozen on hand, that I had froze when I couldn’t use them up during the fresh season!)
3/4 Cup Splenda
1 1/2 Cups of Ice
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Mix and blend until smooth to your liking sims download 3!
