The gals were scheduled to come over the other night for the finally of our “Smut night” show; the Bachelor Pad. It was a pretty good ending to a demented show that I still can’t believe that I enjoy watching! None the less, I needed to come up with a healthy but delicious snack for us to share during the get together. I’m not sure why this old recipe came to mind, but I decided it would be a great use of all of the varieties of veggies I had on hand in the fridge Download codec for free! We used to have this years ago it seemed at many bridal and baby showers. Isn’t it funny how things we prepare go in waves? I must have been thinking about some of these dishes because I ended up making some whipped fruit dip on this evening too! I changed the recipe up a bit to use all “light” ingredients and it tasted refreshing and delicious download protected images!
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages low fat (refrigerated) Crescent Rolls
4-6 ounces low fat Sour Cream
2 ounces plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 (8 ounce) package light Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tablespoon fresh Fill
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1/3 Lemon, zest & juice
4 Green Onions
2 Carrots
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Cups fresh Broccoli
1 Cup Cauliflower
2/3 Cup low fat Cheddar Cheese
2/3 Cup part skim Mozzarella
