4 Pollock fillets
1/2 Cup milk (non fat)
1/2 Lemon peel
1/2 juice of Lemon
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoons Brummel & Brown

3 Tablespoons chives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/3 Cup capers
