Written By: Chris - Jul• 22•12

If you have been following this blog, you know I’m a big fan of “FlatOut” products!  They are low in fat, good source of fiber and of course, perfect for super easy pizza, wraps or pinwheels.  I love the fact that they are low in calories and really enhance the distinct  flavors of what ever you are feeling arduino download for free!

You can take just about what ever you have on hand and create a delicious and unique flavored thin pizza!  Glancing through the fridge, I came across a couple of left over pork chops I had some roasted garlic as well as some fresh pineapple

Ingredients:
4 FlatOuts
1 large Onion
8 roasted Garlic cloves
1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, infused with Garlic & Rosemary (or regular works too!)
1 Cup chopped Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers
1/2 Cup prepared Pizza Sauce
Cooking spray
2 cooked, chopped boneless Pork chops
1/3 Cup fresh Rosemary
1 Cup chopped fresh Pineapple
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
Salt
Pepper

Start by sauteing your Onions in the Olive Oil until translucent.  While the onions are cooking, par-cook your FlatOuts in the oven (spray on either side with a little cooking spray and bake on stones at 400 for a couple minutes per side until slightly toasted) chop your pork chops, pineapple and Rosemary.  Spread pizza sauce on two of the FlatOuts and the soft smashed roasted garlic on the other two.  Drizzle with a small amount of seasoned oil.  It’s not necessary if you don’t have any!  Sprinkle with  some of the shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese and start to add toppings.  About 1/2 chopped pork chop per pizza

Add chopped peppers, Rosemary, Onions & Season with salt & pepper.  Top with additional Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted and browned critical ops for free.

Let rest for a few minutes before cutting tigerjython.

Enjoy herunterladen!

Cheers!
