I love mushrooms! Bill, not so much. So this is something I like to prepare when others are around and then I can share. When you understand that a mushroom “is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus” they really don’t sound so appealing, but they are really tasty and quite delicious! People who don’t care for them say that there is nothing good at all about them, but in fact they are pretty healthy. They are actually a good source of B vitamins, such as riboflavin, niacin, and the essential minerals, selenium, copper and potassium herunterladen. They are a low-calorie food usually eaten cooked or raw and used as garnish to meals. They are often referred to as the “meat” of the vegetable world. I will eat them raw, cooked, stuffed or just about any other way one might fix them! This is an easy, but delicious appetizer or topping for a steak or on chicken dfbnet spielplan herunterladen!
