Many of you know I try to create dishes based on ingredients that I have on hand in my refrigerator and pantry. 2 Eggs, slightly beaten (separate one for dredging)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/2 Cup Flour, for dredging
2/3 Cup Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs
1/3 Cup Glutino Crumbs (optional or use all Panko)
1 – 2 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil & Butter, for pan frying
